Founded in 2005, Kasavu Kerala has been at the forefront of preserving and promoting the traditional art of Kasavu saree weaving. Our journey began in a small village in Balaramapuram, where a group of passionate weavers came together with a vision to keep this cultural treasure alive.

2005
Kasavu Kerala was founded by Anand Menon in Balaramapuram with just 5 weavers.
2013
Opened our first flagship store in Trivandrum, expanding our reach to customers directly.
2020
Received the State Handicraft Award for excellence in preserving traditional weaving techniques.
2025
Today, we have a community of over 20 artisans and 2 stores across South India, continuing our mission to preserve and promote Kerala's textile heritage.
